When your token balance reaches zero, AutoPilot will prompt you to upgrade to the Professional plan. Your existing results and chat history remain accessible; you just can't run new analyses until you upgrade.
The Professional and Enterprise plans include bring-your-own-key (BYOK) support, letting you use your own AI provider credentials. Gemini and Claude integrations are currently in beta and available for Enterprise customers.
Your CSV data is processed in-session and is never stored permanently on our servers. AI analysis is performed via encrypted API calls. For Enterprise customers, on-premise deployment is available for full data sovereignty.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts on the Professional plan. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days.
